			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>1. Student will demonstrate increased academic performance up to 90% by Ensuring that students&#8217; competence reaches or exceeds grade-level standards in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.</p>
<p>2. Students with special needs and talents will demonstrate increased academic performance up to 80% in all core subjects.</p>
<p>3. PRC will inculcate behaviors that support academic success and increased attendance up to 90% for this school year.</p>
<p>4. Parental involvement will increase to 90% through the parental initiatives.</p>
<p>5. 100% of the students will demonstrate behaviors that support academic success and increase student performance that will empower them to earn credits and graduate from high school and become life-long learners.</p>

<li>developing and implementing a curriculum that includes problem-solving, builds critical thinking, and instills a love of learning;</li>
<li>designing and implementing an individualized instructional program that focuses all efforts and resources toward student success;</li>
<li>creating cooperative partnerships with the community to empower our students;</li>
<li>fostering individual responsibility as an integral element in our educational system;</li>
<li>utilizing a variety of innovative technological approaches that produce graduates who are life-long learners;</li>
<li>integrating diversity as it relates to curriculum, personnel, and community.</li>
